About the Finance team

Our Finance Team, an integral part of the group’s Back-Office Busniess, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of the financial function. We provide comprehensive services to our internal business clients, supporting the operations and growth of our diverse business segments, including trading, information, and fulfillment. Currently, we are transforming our finance function to become a more efficient professional organization.

• Revenue and Expense Reconciliation: Review and ensure the correct recognition and reconciliation of revenues and expenses across the Group’s legal entities, including back-office operations, trading business, and fulfillment provider activities.
• Customer and Supplier Reconciliations: Organize, review, and control reconciliations with customers and suppliers, ensuring balances are accurate, supported, and regularly updated.
• Intercompany and Entity-Level Controls: Ensure consistency and accuracy of accounting records between different business lines and legal entities within the Group.
• VAT Compliance and Reporting: Prepare, review, and submit VAT returns in the UAE, including VAT refund applications, and take full responsibility for their accuracy and compliance.
• Tax Documentation Review: Ensure supporting documentation for VAT reporting is complete, accurate, and compliant with UAE tax regulations.
• Trial Balance Review: Review and analyze trial balance accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data, including verification of proper classification and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Audit and Tax Authority Support: Act as a key point of contact during audits and tax inspections, providing explanations and documentation when required.
• Process Improvement: Participate in improving accounting controls, reconciliation processes, and reporting accuracy across the Group.

• Level: Senior+
• English language proficiency: B2 or higher
• Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
• ACCA qualification or active ACCA student
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Accountant in the United Arab Emirates
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and tax legislation
• Proven experience working with multiple legal entities and complex accounting structures
• Educational background: Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

• As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and tax compliance of a multi-entity business operating across different lines, including back-office, trading, and fulfillment services.
• This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex accounting and VAT processes, influence standards across the Group, and contribute to building strong, reliable financial controls in a fast-growing international environment.
